DexLens Terms of Service
The service
DexLens is a collector inventory app. You can scan trading cards, save them to a cloud collection, see estimated market values, and optionally subscribe to DexLens Pro. Market prices are estimates from third-party catalog data and are not offers to buy or sell.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. DexLens is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are between 13 and 17, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to use the app and to make purchases.
Accounts
You are responsible for the email and password you use to sign in. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your profile, collection, wishlist, scan history, portfolio history, stored scan images, and auth account.
Subscriptions (DexLens Pro)
DexLens Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Current list prices are $4.99 per month and $49.99 per year, billed in your local currency at the price shown on the purchase screen. If an introductory offer (such as a free trial) is available, it is shown before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where allowed by the store.
Pro currently includes: no 500-card collection cap, unlimited Meta glasses captures, AI condition estimates on scans, and fewer full-screen ads. Features may change; the in-app paywall is the source of truth.
Ads
The free plan shows banner ads and occasional full-screen ads after you add a card. Pro still shows a small banner and a much lower full-screen cap. On iOS you can decline App Tracking Transparency; the app still works with non-personalized ads.
Acceptable use
Do not upload malware, illegal content, or images you do not have the right to use. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, the free collection cap, or payment. We may suspend accounts that abuse the scan pipeline or harass other users.
Intellectual property
DexLens, the app, and our branding are ours. Trading-card names, artwork, and set names belong to their respective rights holders. Catalog images and prices come from third-party data sources and remain subject to those licenses. DexLens is not affiliated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or other game publishers.

The app is provided “as is.” Scan identification and condition estimates can be wrong. Portfolio values are unofficial estimates and are not financial, insurance, or appraisal advice. We are not liable for lost data, missed sales, or decisions you make based on prices shown in the app, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
