DexLens Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

Who this app is for

DexLens is for collectors age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, email privacy@cardvision.app and we will delete it.

What we collect

DexLens stores your account email, optional display name, collection inventory, wishlist entries, scan history metadata, and images you upload for card identification. If you turn on notifications, we store an Expo push token for your device and your notification preferences (including timezone) so we can send optional collection alerts. Market price snapshots are catalog data, not personal data. If you allow tracking on iOS, advertising identifiers may be used by our ad partner (Google AdMob) to show ads.

How we use data

We use this information to identify cards, sync your collection across devices, show estimated market values, improve scan accuracy, process subscriptions, send optional push notifications you opt into (wishlist price moves, portfolio summaries, and re-engagement reminders), and show ads according to your consent choices. Scan images are processed by our edge functions (including an optional vision model provider) and stored in your private scan folder.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Infrastructure providers process data only to run the product, including Supabase (auth, database, storage), Expo (push delivery), Google AdMob (ads), RevenueCat (subscriptions), and vision providers for scan assistance.

Retention and deletion

You can request permanent account deletion from Settings inside the app. That removes your profile, collection, wishlist, scan history, portfolio history, notification preferences and push tokens, and stored scan images, and deletes your auth account.
